Senate Business and Professions Committee Discuss Berkeley Balcony Collapse

The tragic balcony collapse in Berkeley that killed six students and injured seven others last June was the subject of inquiry in the State Capitol by the members of the Senate Business & Professions Committee yesterday.

11th Day at the Capitol was a Huge Success!

CAL SMACNA’s 11th Annual Day at the Capitol held February 8th and 9th, 2016 in Sacramento was a huge success.  Fifty-four members and children attended and went to 63 legislative appointments educating California’s elected officials on three important industry issues.
