Energy Commission Issues Clarification on Verification of Outside-Airflow Measurement Procedure

The California Energy Commission issued a clarification today on the procedure to be used in verifying outside-airflow measurements when using an exhaust fan with an inlet damper.

Change order reform legislation AB 1347 (Chiu) was passed out of Senate Judiciary Committee today on a 7-0 vote. This bill will require public agencies to respond to payment demands by the general contractor for extra work performed within a time limited structure.
