REGISTRATION FEES
Full registration fees include the Welcome Reception on Wednesday; breakfast and dinner functions on Thursday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, as well as all workshops.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Only fully-registered individuals who have been issued event badges may attend convention events.  Children and/or guests of a registrant must register if they wish to attend all of the convention events.  If not registered, a child or guest may attend a food function by paying the per event fee of Children ages 10 & under will be $75.00 per event, adults $175.00 per event. 

All other events are for registered attendees only.

PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY THE REGISTRATION FORM TO RECEIVE AN EARLY DISCOUNT (by the cut-off date for the event).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received after the cut-off date and prior to the event start date will be assessed a $250.00 per registrant fee.

No-shows and cancellations received after the event start date will result in full forfeiture of deposits/payments.

HOTEL INFORMATION
Taxes & Fees:
  Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state, local and occupancy taxes in affect at the time of the function. Currently, taxes include an occupancy tax of 10.16% per room, per night, plus $3.00 Tourism Business Improvement District Tax per night, $12.00 per person porterage fee that covers bell gratuities and $3.00 per room night for housekeeping gratuities.

Check-in/Check-out:  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. check-out time is 12:00 noon

Additional Person Charge:  There is a $50.00 additional person (18 or older) fee per night, in a guest room.

Extended Stay:  The St. Regis Monarch Beach will extend the group rates 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates.

Early Departure:  Please advise us no less than 7 days in advance if you plan to check out earlier than your original check out date. St. Regis Monarch Beach must have all changes to original reservations 7 days in advance or original room charges will be billed.

Resort Fees:  St. Regis Monarch Beach charges a $15.00 a day resort fee which includes local and toll free phone calls, high-speed internet (wired or wireless) and use of the Spa facilities including sauna, steam room and whirlpool.

Parking Fees:  Valet parking is $15.00 per day/ $15.00 discounted overnight (w/ multiple entries). Self parking is 0-60 minutes complimentary, each additional hour $5.00 up to a maximum of $24.00.

Spa Services:  10% discount on Spa services. 

Childcare:  A place for children age five through twelve. Open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily (24-hr advance reservations are required). Babysitting is also available.  For more information, call Sandcastle Kid’s Club at 949.234.3456.

HOTEL CUT OFF DATE:  March 20, 2014 – Reservations received after March 20, 2014 will be confirmed on a space available basis at the regular rate plus the $25.00 resort fee, all taxes and surcharges.

ROOM GUARANTEE:  All rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card or an advance deposit equal to one night’s lodging. If guaranteeing your room by check, it should be made payable to CAL SMACNA and mailed with the Registration Form in the amount to cover one nights’ room rate.

Changes/Cancellations:  CAL SMACNA will send you your hotel registration confirmation.  Changes and cancellations of hotel accommodations must be made in writing to the CAL SMACNA office.  DO NOT call the Hotel to make changes.  Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date and no-shows will be charged one night’s room and tax.
